The Astute Technology Media Store can ship to virtually any address in the world. Items from the Media Store will most often be shipped through UPS, but all shipping options available to you based on address will be provided to you during your checkout process.
Returns and Exchanges:
If a product is defective in some way, Astute Technology will exchange the product for a new copy of the same item, or we will refund the purchase. To report defective products, please email mediastore@astutetech.com. The customer service agent who responds to your request will then provide you instructions on how to ship the defective product back.
Unless the product is defective, all other sales are deemed final sales.
